Most of you beg so aggressively that you’ve convinced yourselves that basic manners like asking “what’s wrong?” are legally binding contracts for financial assistance. 😭
Hello guys
Our meeting with the National Empowerment Fund has resulted in important developments regarding the R500 million Spaza Shop Support Fund. The fight for transparency continues. Please read the latest update in the Updates section of the petition. Also Stella’s team only gave Park Tau team R100 million spaza shop funds and they said we should give them 13 days and they’ll realise the list of the beneficiaries.
Now the question is @Stellarated where is the rest of the money ?

Someone who recently took @HomeAffairsSA to court over immigration policy has no place serving on the Immigration Advisory Board. The conflict of interest is impossible to ignore.
You asked us to ACT. We’ve responded.
@sacr_official1 is petitioning @ParliamentofRSA to amend the Immigration Act and prevent conflicts of interest in appointments to the Immigration Advisory Board.

UCT alumnus and founder of NowNow, Lars Gumede, said the business represents the next stage in the artificial intelligence chain: the application layer.
NowNow aims to use AI to give small and medium enterprises (SMEs) the power of large companies and teams, with the goal that eventually an SME can have full-time AI employees and a business that runs on autopilot.

The 28-Year Battle for Maponya Mall.
Maponya first acquired the rights to the land in Soweto, on a 100-year lease in 1979.
However, he faced nearly three decades of relentless administrative pushback, institutional red tape, and systemic resistance from apartheid bureaucrats and white-owned developers. They argued that a massive shopping center in a township was economically unviable, claiming Black consumers would only support retail in the major city centers.
Undeterred, he eventually bought the land outright after the dawn of democracy, secured funding partnerships with Investec and Zenprop, and finally opened the landmark Maponya Mall in 2007. His longtime friend, Nelson Mandela, was there to officially cut the ribbon, exactly 28 years after the project was first conceived.
President @CyrilRamaphosa Why is one of the biggest financial decisions in South Africa’s democratic history being done so quietly and in secret?
We’re talking about R84 billion in public assets, R140 billion in new borrowing and billions more in potential taxpayer funds)
No proper national debate. No real public consultation.
South Africans deserve transparency. What are you hiding with this @Eskom_SA Transmission restructuring?

Comrades, this is what Native South Africans are forced to endure in our own land. March and March are condemned as savages while the country’s outrage remains absent when Black South Africans are the victims.
We will never forget!

Been saying... Go back to fees must fall. Today, people are all positive about them, but the initial reaction was pure disdain & anger that they were disturbing other students with their talk about fees. Also, how dare they bring a protest culture from poor universities to Wits?

They brought it unto themselves when they started calling black South Africans xenophobic and vigilantes. The likes of @QaanitahHunter and all those Muslim aligned NGOs. So the campaign is warranted! Tit for tat! Why have you not called them out???? Hypocrites
Hello guys we got the reply from @Stellarated department about R500m Spaza Fund PAIA Application .
We made an application to access the list of beneficiaries for the 500 million she got last year to fund the spaza shops . The Small Business Dept responded that they don't have the list as the Fund is administered by NEF. We are in the process of filing another application with NEF. The response from NEF shall determine our next course of action. Credits:@HrhMaNtshingila ❤️.
