about 3 years ago, at the launch of Fractured Crown, we already knew we wanted to buff Silvie, and we were also worried about water v water matchups going to time a lot, so we were planning to distribute functional promo regalia cards in what we called "patch packs". we called it this because it was kind of like a balance patch for a live service online game mid season. later, we came up with the idea to allow players to proxy them, because we weren't confident we can distribute them quickly and effectively. this lead to the original concept of Proxia's Vault. originally, proxying those cards was only going to be allowed at the local level, but now it's embraced in all levels of play, allowing fan artists to make impressive customs that players can bring to even Ascents.
Proxia's Vault is pretty cool.
fun fact: most art for Proxia's Vault cards finish about a week before the BnR it's released in!
What an amazing weekend, Hessu locking in a Guntlet invite with their 9th place finish on Fire Slines and Glass with a 6-2-1 day 2 placement on Fire Exia Jin for Ascent Las Vegas! It was also great to see everyone and can't wait to see yall in Dallas!

@grandarchivetcg For me, I think starting a locals scene for my favorite LGS (thank you Shinja for your support) and our holiday food drive both stand out. Also, my wife pulling our first CSR at the Worlds Re:Co deck event was also really cool!
As we come up on the 2 year anniversary of my first ever @grandarchivetcg event I wanted to share the contents of the most important box I own
I got it at Worlds 2024 and it has housed all my GA fanmerch and memories since then
Thank you for being awesome and keeping GA alive 🩵
