This was a journey of transmutation in all of its forms, and I’m proud of everyone involved in that transformative process, and the creation of this work. I’m excited for the journey and the thoughts it will generate in all of those it has yet to touch.
@KrysDevine Hey there! I was at this event, and I’m curious to know if you happened to be the one who asked him about the similarities/connection to the Djinn?
@benandante_ yeah i did a pass on and blocked them too. trying to be open and transparent about it. like i said im not great at social media and im trying to catch up and be more vigilant
@nondistinction I’m not a pro at social media, and I’m not always up to date on what’s cool / uncool to say. I always thought “clown world” was synonymous with “people being cringey” and in this case cheapening a very important cause, but never meant offense.
@michaelmhughes @nuekerk@Weird_Dana Thanks for pointing it out, weird someone like that would have a random mine tourism video. I don’t use Twitter much, but good to know a lot of those types are on here.
@BFblayk Don’t get me wrong, actual mummies can look goofy, but there’s an organic flow to how actual mummies end up looking. It’s a fine line that a lot of people don’t have the artistic eye for.
These mummies are def. goofy, and don’t adhere to anything you see in actual mummies.
@metron2001 These came from a known hoaxer who made these using actual looted remains and already got media attention for these same nonsense mummies literally only 5 years ago.
@red_pill_junkie Oh I don’t doubt that. The manipulation aspect is what’s obvious. Haha
Same effect as when people buy cheap Halloween skeletons and try to make “convincing” mummies with them, always rigid and square to a laughable degree because they lack the organic posture nature would give.
“These figures were seldom completely human, but often approached humanity in varying degree. Most of the bodies, while roughly bipedal, had a forward slumping, and a vaguely canine cast. The texture of the majority was a kind of unpleasant rubberiness.“
@Tazbill2012 Digital illustration actually! But I mimicked the way one might go about charcoal. I actually drew this on my phone with my finger.
I have an actual charcoal class which begins in just a few days, so youll begin to see real charcoal works soon!
#TheUnbinding is a great documentary. But like "Hellier" before it, I think its real cultural importance is that it is showing regular folks what occult spirituality is REALLY all about, without the Hollywood bs. I can't think of another example in my lifetime (and I'm old).
It’s been nearly 24 hrs since the release of #TheUnbinding and I just wanted to say I’ve spent my day observing and being moved by the overwhelming response today. I’m thankful for all who partook in witnessing this story, and I’m excited for all of those it has yet to reach.
