@HSBC_IN I’m unable to receive reply from HSBC Gift City RMs, how do I deal with this situation? The experience is not satisfactory and my Premier RM is also unable to help. How do I resolve this?!

@help_delhivery Yes, it got delivered later. Hope you could update the status accurately moving forward (when it’s updated on your portal versus when it’s actually delivered) to avoid this kind of mismatch and worry for consumers.

@help_delhivery @delhivery I ordered some meds, the status said delivered but it’s not actually delivered. This is the second time it’s happening. There is something wrong with your local logistics guy who says can’t find the address and delivers after couple of days!

@amazonIN your customer service asked to do the installation service ourselves and claim reimbursement upto INR 699, the issue is not about money. We need a reliable technician to come over, unbox and install the TV on tabletop. @urbancompany_UC doesn’t service our locality.

@amazonIN ordered a TV for Christmas, your technician was supposed to do the installation free of cost as per terms and conditions but he refuses to come by giving excuses that you’re assigning him to different calls. Quite unprofessional.

If you cannot do the installation service then simply take the TV and initiate the refund process. I’ll be happy to purchase the TV from a local store.

@TheOfficialSBI I've sent the KYC docs to my branch several times via email, yet my KYC hasn't been updated. Phone calls to branch go unanswered. When they call me, they ask for the docs again and I send them but no action taken. How to solve this? My account is now blocked.
