@kelvintoo14GMA1@evenmaina you guys from rift-valley own the biggest land in Kenya but you don't see anything wrong, please somebody explain to me theses peoples' brain
@MarkDahler@GrantSlatton The local gvnt want it that way and its hard for a good Samaritan to build anything they would think you are eyeing a political seat also they use undeveloped places as their bargaining power to gain seats. Mr beast must have bribeb more plus He has influence and He's not citizen
@tiffaniniXD if they don't care about their own people what makes you think they care about water table, the local gvnt want it that way as their bargaining power for the next election despite all those years of giving taxes and donations from outside sources and still nothing to show off.
@MarkDahler@GrantSlatton Of course they can achieve it,tax revenue alone is sufficient, and nearly 100,000 students graduate each year in a country. While some foreign led projects may fail others conjoin with the local govnt and acts as ngo's to collect donation from people and other companies.

@F_Botha_USA@GrantSlatton it's actually true, you can't build anything for people they would think you are eyeing a political seat, at the same time they use undeveloped parts as their bargaining power to gain seats, Mr Beast got money so am sure He bribed more plus He's not a citizen.
@STEFisDOPE@thomashillsr WP assumed that since their leaders are from among the people, the leaders would have their best interests at heart yet policies amended affects everyone, they couldn't even protest vaccine they've been fighting blacks instead of their white supremacist elites.
@KhalifKairo please talk about land lease bill, alafu wakale muache ujinga despite nyi kua na shamba biggy you still don't see anything wrong with finance bill
@KSNgumbau@p_atrk@Kimuzi_ bana These marginalized counties have received billions since devolution. Despite their low population, nothing's happening there. Why can't they choose a suitable place to develop and attract people instead
developed countries are experiencing low population growth because they are highly developed, improve the systems/services and quality of life people's focus often shifts towards career and personal development, leading to lower birth rates
Landlocked countries should be more invested in this For example, I've seen Burundi its remotely connected but has extensive food resources The problem is that they need good services and a functioning system. plus their food needs a market, which can be achieved through EAC.
EAC Has Big Money Troubles. Solution? Let Kenya Run The Show, Scrap EAC Parliament and Court of Justice To Cut Costs
East African Community, home to nearly 305 million people, and Africa’s most integrated and fastest growing bloc, has a shabby side. It is in big money trouble, with half the members absolute deadbeats, reports . @The_EastAfrican. It had only received half of its $104 MILLION budget by the time its 2023/24 financial year closed on May 17.
DR Congo which joined in 2022, is its most delinquent member. It is yet to remit a single cent in suscriptions and owes $14.7M. Only Kenya has update remittances. Burundi owes $12M. South Sudan, whose President Salva Kiir is the rotating Chair of the EAC, owes $8.6M. Three countries have what the publication describes as “relatively small balances”: Rwanda owes $2.7M, Uganda $960,774, Tanzania $122,694.
What might be done? First, leaders of freeloader countries that haven’t paid up at least 75% of their dues should never get to chair the EAC. Secondly, the diligent payers like Kenya, should call the shots. Third, the salaries of staff should be pegged to their countries’ subscription – they get only the percentage submitted by their nations. There are also some expenses that the EAC can get rid of. We don’t desperately need an East African Parliament (for now) whose annual budget is nearly $18M, and an onsite East African Court of Justice, whose budget is close to $4.5M. It should be a circuit court. When the region gets richer, and the members better governed and scrupulous with money, everything can be started up again.
@MutemiWaKiama the mps also owns the land and are also a big number of middle class hii ikipita pia inawapata hao, 2027 ifike haraka so we shuffle these mpigs before hizi bills za kipuzi zipite
