@RailwaySeva @drm_dli Unfortunately another set of bedroll received in same unwashed condition at 21:45 with enormous bunches of hair of previous passengers in A4 coach. Passengers may be contacted for feedback. TTE sahab reciprocated promptly but no use. Will be sleeping without bedroll tonight!!

However, preseving constitutional and human rights of civillians is the topmost duty of an armed police officer.
