Tabitha Willis’ Chayah is dedicated to aiding vulnerable populations in Chicago that disproportionately endure the impacts of environmental pollution, resulting in increased health risks and reduced access to green spaces and safe infrastructure.
By employing a holistic approach that integrates health, science, and arts education with meaningful action, Chayah fosters youth-led innovation through ideation think tanks focused on environmental justice and urban design art that empower communities and cultivate regenerative change.

Makiyah Bryant was a 15-year old child murdered by the Columbus police. The same CPD that murdered Casey Woodson Jr. The same CPD that let students to flip cars because of a football game while officers took a joy ride in a taxpayer-funded helicopter. I’m shaking with anger.
What many are saying is true:
If this were Black Lives Matter storming the Capitol, tanks would have been in the city by now.
The response tells the story of our nation’s racist history and present.
How can we stop it from being the future?
