@venus_impact Krkrkr, as well as the historical revisionism, the straight lies which actually might hide some truth (looking at Kukulkan & Venti), the ''history books'' considered fanfiction by their very subject (Xiao's SQ), plus the private notes which contradict those books. It's so fun! ✨

@raidei26 Plus, Ei is already preparing for "the war" and is the only archon so far with a strong focus on mili engineering, so I could see her relationships with the others begin as a wartime alliance which conveniently would gloss over past diplomatic tensions out of necessity ?

@raidei26 One way I see this working smoothly is if the archon alliance builds on the past ~3 years of military cooperation we've seen through a dozen wargames, deftech & joint training events. I'd expect these officiers & engineers to welcome the Fatui for the quality of their tech alone
