@RippleFiber This is the third time I have tried your service in the past 4 years, I signed up for the 2GB Speed Plan with an added home phone. At installation my home phone was not installed and “a ticket was put in and I’ll hear something in 48hrs”. NO ONE CALLED.

and talked to 2 Tech Support people over the phone. NO ONE HAS ANSWERS!! This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL and FRUSTRATING experience I have EVER had. I SWEAR I’M READY TO CANCEL AND JUST GO PAY DOUBLE TO SPECTRUM AT LEAST THEY KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY’RE DOING!!!

Getting my own router mesh system helped give me WiFi through my whole house, but still to date, over a month later I still DON’T HAVE a home phone which you’re charging me for!! And my speed is still crap. No one knows how to fix it. I’ve had 3 people out to my house
