My attention has been drawn to remarks I made during the Nakuru Revival Crusade concerning reported cases of HIV/AIDS healing following prayers offered by Prophet Dr. David Owuor. I wish to clarify the professional and clinical basis upon which those remarks were made.

For any such case to be considered, strict medical criteria must first be satisfied. The individual must have been properly tested and confirmed HIV-positive, initiated on HAART, and followed up within a Comprehensive Care Clinic (CCC) with documented serial CD4 counts and viral load measurements. When a patient later presents claiming healing, the process does not begin with belief but with verification. We revert to the primary managing clinician, review the original medical records, and conduct repeat testing using standard diagnostic protocols.

The recent case of Millicent Awino from Siaya County exemplifies this process. However, it is critical to state that this is not an isolated occurrence. We have identified a replicable longitudinal cohort of over 30 individuals who were previously HIV-positive and are now persistently seronegative for several years, with ongoing follow-up and confirmatory testing. Such outcomes represent a significant and well-documented medical anomaly. Indeed, in this context, #ScienceBows.

Given the magnitude and implications of these findings, I am in full agreement that a serious, structured investigation or public inquiry be undertaken. I therefore welcome the involvement of @KmpdcOfficial, @HonAdenDuale, and @MOH_Kenya,@citizentvkenya, @ntvkenya, and support the public disclosure of findings following due scientific and regulatory review.

In light of the ongoing public discussions regarding the reported HIV seroreversions associated with the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness church, I undertook an independent professional review of the medical documentation submitted by the Ministry.

Based on this clinical assessment, it is my considered view that the matter goes beyond informal testimony or unverified assertions. The documentation presented reflects a level of medical completeness and longitudinal consistency that warrants serious scientific attention.

The records include a cohort of individuals with previously confirmed HIV-positive status—verified through standard diagnostic algorithms—who, over time, demonstrate sustained HIV-negative results on repeat antibody testing and molecular assays.

These outcomes are further supported by structured clinical follow-up and the observation of stable health parameters after cessation of antiretroviral therapy under medical supervision.

The current probe is both necessary and constructive, as independent peer verification is essential for any phenomenon that appears to depart from established scientific expectations.

Having examined the available evidence from a clinical perspective, I acknowledge that these findings challenge conventional scientific frameworks and merit rigorous external evaluation.
