@mundokfam @E_Sheninger Convincing teachers to embrace change can be a daunting task. We get comfortable in our classrooms and shy away from change. Some think "if it ain't broke why fix it?" As leaders we have to show them we aren't fixing it, we are helping to enhance the learning environment.
