the deficit you cannot maintain was never going to work. most diet apps hand you a number, you grind for two weeks, then life happens and the deficit collapses. the problem was never your discipline. it was a plan that assumed you would not eat dinner with your family.
counting calories is not the goal. eating right is. you spend energy on the tracking mechanism instead of the actual behavior change. the tracking should happen once when you plan the week, not 21 times when you sit down to eat.

Whatever happened to focusing on intelligence and growing the country forward. Apparently growing 6 packs at 20 seems like a craze these days while letting your brain rot. Major overhaul needed.
What a player Ben the Superhero Stokes. You have been an absolute legend for England. Happy Retirement. Test cricket would never be the same again after Virat and Stokes retirement.
@DamienWayne You donβt need it but the restaurants near by you do to run efficiently and keep itself open to serve you great food: https://t.co/VAl1pmKDbB
Itβs 5am here in Florida and just watched #vaibhavsuryavanshi bat his skin out. 94 runs off 29 balls with 5 sixes in the final against SL A. Unreal talent and unreal performances so far. Canβt wait for international format for Vaibhav.
The problem was none of it talked to each other. so she became the connector.
that's the thing nobody tells you when you sell into restaurants: operators aren't avoiding software. they're drowning in it.
that insight shaped almost every decision we made building TableTurnr.
Talked to a restaurant owner last week who had 6 tabs open at all times just to run her shift.
POS on one screen. supplier portal on another. scheduling app. delivery dashboards. a spreadsheet for labor.
she wasn't behind on tech. she had plenty of it.

π ±οΈ Food waste anomaly
π ² A menu item dragging margins
π ³ A scheduling gap

Not to replace people. To measure service execution, vehicle flow, and throughput.
The cameras aren't watching employees. They're watching the process β and finding the bottlenecks humans can't see.
The computer vision wave is here.
Culver's: 1K locations with Berry AI
