@newlook @newlook terrible that you can't exchange after 28 days, bought a jumper after Christmas as a present for someone, upon returning it I was told I was a day too late and couldn't exchange or return! What a waste of money and I will not be buying from you again.

@FlixBus your service has been appalling so far! Our bus was scheduled for 15.20pm and we are still waiting to leave! It arrived an hour late and now the driver won't leave because his passenger list is wrong! No updates, no customer service and no way to contact anyone!
