Dandy is the entity on this floor. He was lonely, and when he met the first strange yellow man, he thought the man would stay longer, so he helped him complete his tasks. However, there was a timer in the game, and if the tasks were not finished before it ran out, the player would fail. Eventually, they had to say goodbye, but Dandy still had something on his mind.

Every time a new strange yellow man appeared, Dandy would become bothered and ask them to help him find his friend. If they agreed, he would lead them to a strange room where horrific things happened. There, he would cover them with his own blood, perform surgical procedures on them, or subject them to other terrifying acts, all in his desperate attempt to find his lost friend.
