@Bwipo I just miss the times when items were simple stats not some gameplay altering shit. Back in the day i didnt have to consider jinx dashing away, hecarim going untargetable while one shotting my team, pantheon getting a 300hp shield just cuz he is doing what he is supposed to do
People complaining about League of Items like it hasn't been that way since the dawn of the game
Did you prefer 6 Black Cleavers? Mages rushing DFG or Abyssal Scepter? Perhaps Runic Bulwark for junglers?
Yeah S6-9 wasn't League of Items because it was runes instead
So the patch is officially coming July 11th and officially the rogue changes are just silently pushed back to a further date or cancelled entirely.

It's really frustrating watching the exact same thing play out every single expansion for rogues.
Get worked on last, leave no time to iterate on feedback people have to changes, get shipped out half baked, everybody is disappointed in the lack of care given.
It's tiring.
So the patch is out in a week and
- Melee on the whole is undertuned
- rogue has only received nerfs
- outlaw rogue tier set is non functional in almost every way I could describe
- multiple rogue talents fully do not work and are required to take but still not fixed
