This is the first Gears of War, post pandemic. It looks good, has the longest campaign in franchise history, new mechanics, rebuilt from the ground up, new PvE mode and probably balanced PvP mode. Honestly the price to make it doesn't surprise me.

However this won't be another Concord. Gears is a beloved franchise and currently it seems that the Coalition is catering to the fans and not the modern audience.

Tom Henderson from Insider Gaming says that Gears of War: E-Day cost more than 400 million dollars to make.

In a recent talk, he said the game and another one called Clockwork Revolution together cost over 500 million dollars. He called them a test to see if Xbox should keep making games only for their own consoles.

Older Gears games were in the $50–100M range (development only).

Most won't admit it but no matter the content, it's significantly harder to be a Male Vtuber.

A Male Vtuber and a Female Vtuber could start up fresh, brand new at the exact same time, upload the same videos, stream the same stuff, talk about the same topics etc etc, 1:1.

What would happen is that the Female Vtuber would get 1000 YT subs in 3 months with multiple videos breaking 10k plus views and Twitch Partner in 6 months.

While the Male Vtuber would barely break 300 subs, highest viewed video would be 500 views and reach Twitch Affiliate after a year.

I'm all for the grind though. Does it get discouraging from time to time? Fuck yeah, but that's just motivation to keep going.

Fellow Male Vtubers, don't give up, we'll get our dues at the end of the day, keep grinding! 🫡
