Does anyone know Daniel Jonte, a PT in Denver, CO treating LEOs? I'm trying to do the same thing and would love to chat with him. #WheresJonte#tacticalathletes
While standing on #GroundZero this weekend I felt a mix of emotions. The greatest of these being pride. Pride in the unity of our nation, pride in the heroic acts of our first responders and pride in the support of those effected. #tacticalathletes#911Memorial
Apparently they treat planes like computers, when it doesn't work power off and reboute....It didn't work. We spent 2 hours just sitting on the plane while they fixed it, but we are here now! #NYCBdayAdventure
@DrJN_SportsMed Some great points James. I would likely carryover most of these concepts for either patient. Interesting point on changing the foot strike. What benefits have you found with this?
Nice study by @TimGabbett et al.
STRENGTH seems to be a critical factor to get protected against injuries🚑
Strongest, faster athletes tolerate better spikes in training load🏋🏻♀️📈More than 1.7BW for a 3RM deadlift seems to be good threshold
