@kenem To keep it more focused to the topic, everyone was on fairly nonspecific bikes that seemed miraculously able to switch from racing to gravel grinding to touring. Actually cycling it’s self was all rather nonspecific...like it was just a activity we did out of the pure enjoyment
@kenem youth hostel based tour of the PeakDistrict with my first club in Surrey, the rider with no top on the right was the first person to ride 1 million miles! He was recently in the cycling news. Gravel Grinding was called ’rough stuff’ lots of beards, although I’m only 13
@kenem Ken what’s your favourite saddle now? I know you have tried loads, it’s a topic that comes up every Sunday after we pass 2hrs...why can’t I rent different saddles to be able to find a good Saul mate for my balls?
@kenem Are you talking about a solid period of proper road training? enough to gain that half wheeling 1st Cat condition? ...then worry about the sprint?
