to be a musician with only 30% hearing in one ear for 2 years now, to be a dancer dealing with a shoulder injury for 7 years both that got affected even more during the military, to lose his beloved pet, to serve in one of the hardest military units, a rib fracture & go thru the isolation of not being able to perform or be with fans only for people to say he’s losing willpower?

ever since coming out of the military, taehyung has shown up so much, with brands lining up & him giving us everything he can. ion think people realize how much he has handled while taking care of his mental & physical health, yet his passion for his work & his love for fans have never changed.

taehyung, i love you so much. i hope you heal from everything you’ve told us & everything you haven’t. may god take all of his sufferings quadruple them & return all that pain back to his antis.

[Yonhap News] BTS V "Undergoing Treatment for Hearing Abnormalities in his Ear"

👤BTS V has confided that he is currently receiving treatment for hearing issues. During a Weverse Live broadcast held today with fellow member Jungkook , V stated, "My hearing hasn't been good for two and a half years," adding, "If my this ear hears about 100, my other ear only hears 30, so I am taking medication consistently."

BTS , currently on the North American leg of their ' Arirang' world tour, is scheduled to meet fans this month at venues including the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, USA, and Rogers Stadium in Toronto, Canada.

In a span of 2 years; Taehyung experienced hearing problems, enlisted in the hardest military unit, lost his soul pet, underwent gruesome training that worsened his shoulder journey and the cherry on top; isolation from your fans and unable to perform on stage and yet despite it all Taehyung came back and gave the album, the stage and Armys his all. Never once faltering, never once letting us see his pain because he doesn’t like troubling us. Where others break, Taehyung perseveres.
