@akoz33 And while some can point to his intention of running the club like a business being correct, the problem is it will take probably at least 5 years to make United a powerhouse in theory. Which will be 20 years or so since last time it was. And by then too many IFs and BUTs...
@akoz33 I honestly think he started the season demoralized - players certainly after Martinez moment- and knew this will end badly due to the lack of relevant transfers. Also, Ratcliffe is not suited for what United needs now. He clearly doesn't want to infuse serious cash in the club.
@campaign_trail_@amlivemon Germany maybe, France no. People in finance forget that the French still have an advantage in hard power. Strong food supply chains, still capable military and they can switch lights off in both Germany and the UK if they want.
@KaiserBauch 1. I think the PPS data is skewed. The inflation ravaged the country economics in the last 3 years. 2. Might be explained by flexible labor market?! Though the data here might not be accurate. 3. Diaspora still sending money in the country + shadow economy yes.
@akoz33 Well, first he didn't won by large vote, especially last time. And then in 2016 I think many voted for him because they wanted a Republican in power even if it was Trump. Everyone knew how a Hillary admin will be more or less. And in 2024..is just Kamala being horrible all levels
#REPORT: Legal immigration from Canada to the United States has increased 142% since Donald Trump entered office, despite US-bound immigration from nearly every other country falling significantly over the past two years.
@TonyNashNerd Yes, not sure if you know this, but the main reason Romanian boomers are/were pro-US was the Dallas soap opera TV show. Ceausescu allowed it to run, thinking the RO people will see the US capitalist decadence. Instead everyone watching it, wanted to have a ranch🤣
NEW - Following their election victory in Berlin, the far-left "Die Linke" party, the Greens, and the SPD want to radically reshape Germany’s capital: voting rights for all foreigners after 5 years, mass nationalizations, more immigration, fewer deportations and higher taxes — BILD
@AlessandroPonz4 Reason I'm asking...10-11 years ago while on a workshop in Flanders with French/German/Belgian students for a few days, at one moment they all start protesting, screaming. You can imagine coming from the East I was like Wtf? Their answer: we study how to protest in school 🤦
Oui, l'islam est compatible avec la République, je l'ai dit dix fois.
En revanche, ceux qui cherchent à imposer la charia en France me trouveront sur leur chemin. Les musulmans, eux, n'ont aucune raison de s'inquiéter.
@Danjsalt Hmm, this is a little surprising. Since the Belgians have always push for more, especially due to agriculture. But I'm guessing this is what happens when having a prime minister from the Dutch side of the country 😄
@gbponz Some of the equipment can't be replaced. Plus, the logic of the Eastern European bloc is : we buy American so that if Ivan is attacking, is actually attacking American assets🤫😬
