On the flight day i reached the airport way aheadd of time and checked for the wheelchair and was told that there is no update of wheelchair on the ticket by Batik Staff. o contact customer service again.

@OctaFX This is a fraud organization and will never get you any money back. They will keep on giving you a run around but never will refund your money or deposit on any winnings. Good luck getting anything from them.
