@SamirBennis Where is the evidence against Samir Bennis?
Serious accusations require serious proof. If you have it, show it. If not, scapegoating and attacking someone’s reputation is not debate. Words have consequences!and false accusations may have legal ones.
@SamirBennis Different century, same playbook. In 1859, it was titles and glory. Today, it’s votes and positioning. A poll found 90% of Spaniards blame Morocco for the Ceuta crisis. That shows how fast foreign policy turns into domestic capital. Keep going.
@SamirBennis Samir Bennis’s analysis on Ceuta is a mind-opener. Morocco & Spain share too much—security, trade, geography & a future—to let election politics deepen division. The U.S., a key partner to both, has an interest in encouraging dialogue.

@SamirBennis Samir Bennis makes an important point. Morocco and Spain know where they differ. The answer is not provocation, but direct and serious dialogue. True leadership means protecting this vital relationship through wisdom, respect and diplomacy. 🇲🇦🤝🇪🇸
@SamirBennis@zambranamar I read this carefully, Samir. I especially appreciated how you brought the argument back to history,
Before judging Morocco, one must be honest about the historical record. Much respect to you and your fellow voices standing for Morocco with facts, intelligence, and dignity.
@SamirBennis Well said, Samir. The latest developments in Ceuta only prove your point: Europe cannot police its way out of migration. Morocco deserves greater support, but lasting solutions require investment, fairer trade and jobs in Africa. Borders contain pressure; opportunity reduces it.
@SamirBennis@Juan_C_Acosta@Lahcenhaddad@sonietamb This is why Samir’s work deserves attention and encouragement. He brings historical depth and documented context to a debate that too often lacks both. Morocco and Spain can only strengthen their relationship through serious scholarship, historical clarity, and understanding
@SamirBennis Ceuta revealed something much bigger than a dispute between Spain and Morocco. Spain reacted to a geopolitical crisis as if it were simply a border problem. That was the real mistake. In foreign policy, misunderstanding your neighbor can be far more dangerous than disagreeing!
@SamirBennis Thank you Samir
Moroccan diplomacy, silence is not the absence of a decision!
It can be part of the decision. Timing sometimes speaks louder than declarations. 🇲🇦
