Nuclear strategy will determine balance of power. Pakistan must prepare for self-deterrence if left to stand alone.

11. Pakistan Must Choose a Clear Foreign Policy Direction. The illusion of balancing the US and China should end. US historically abandons allies.

12. Need for Professional Planning:
A specialized group should refine strategy and give actionable steps.

13. Avoid Emotional Statements!
Emotional rhetoric harms national interests. Silent, deliberate, concrete actions strengthen deterrence.
