@Sentletse Immigration Act 13 of 2002, Section 15 is where the R5 million requirement lives. It only applies to a Business Visa for foreigners who want to live in SA and manage own businesses. R5m from abroad plus 60% SA staff. The Act never says “all foreigners need R5 mil to open a shop''
