@RobHandsome_ I wrote a design for a customer with multiple DCs & thousands of servers, all UCS. At a large scale the UCS platform manageability makes it one of my favourites.
I spend most of my days in my lab. I couldn't work without it. 3k is a cheap investment in building my career :)
@sniperpenguin The SuperMicros run on 60w power supplies. The power bill isn't affected.
The UCS chassis has 4x 2500w power supplies for 8 blades. Hopefully I can limit the power impact by only connecting a couple of the power supplies 🤞
