@ubereats_uk I had a meal delivered cold, completely unedible and your customer service deemed a reply gone midnight and 50p credit for the delivery was acceptable! Were you expecting me to go hungry or just eat it anyway? I expect a refund. Customer service is atrocious!

@valvesoftware so my husband has been VAC banned despite never using cheating software and streaming his games which proves his innocence yet he can't appeal. He literally just bought skins 6 hours before. What are we supposed to do?!
