@waffobean Gonna be honest with you, the titles and thumbnails I see from your channel feel like they prey on negativity.

The unfortunate thing is I'm sure YouTube's algorithm makes this a successful formula, but quite frankly I don't think it's a responsible thing to do. Take care.

Second one is result-focused: feels like clickbait, but would probably work better as a result; I'd ignore that channel, personally.

Definitely try A-B testing on YouTube and see for yourself though!

@CapoMiyo I know this sounds silly but I tested it this week- I'd been streaming 1080p60 at 12Mbps on YouTube and it looked worse than Twitch until I created a 1440p stream key after reading this thread: https://t.co/4zSF4guN7y

The difference between avc1 and vp9 codecs was night/day. =/

@CapoMiyo I agree with you on Restream's frustrations, but bitrate actually isn't a total solution for YouTube's problems.

If you don't stream at 1440p or manually create a 1440p stream key (regardless of your resolution) you get stuck with a codec that looks worse than Twitch at 6Mbps.

@CapoMiyo @DaiShimaVT Aitum's site is a bit confusing in this regard- their Multistream plugin is basically identical to Multi-RTMP but with (IMO) a better interface that's more intuitive and offers a bit more flexibility. You do NOT need their other software.

No harm using either plugin of course!
