อมิตรแท้
ช่วยตีแผ่ จิตใจชั่ว..
ของตัวน้้น
คราสงคราม ยามทหาร..
ต่อสู้กัน
ขืนเชื่อฟัง ส.ส.ไทย..
ฉิบหายเห็น.

คิดดี..พาตัวตีงคีงTeke action.
อย่าแยกการปฏิบัติธรรม ออกจากการใช้ชีวิตในกิจวัตรประจำวันของตนเอง
นักบวชครองวัด แต่ไม่ครองวัตร ตกนรกก็มีเยอะ
ชาวบ้านครองเรือน พร้อมครองวัตร ไปสวรรค์นิพพานก็แยะ

ຂົມຄຳຄູຄ່າລົ້ນ
ຍາດີຂ້າກິເລັດ
เพิ่นซี้ขุมทรัพย์ให้
ฟ้าวซ้วน..สู้ชน..เจริญแท้.
The teacher's teachings may taste bitter
But they are good medicine to kill lust
The teacher points out the treasure
Hurry up and take it and practice it.

ສົມມຸດຍົດຖານັ້ນ
ໄດ້ມາກໍດີຢູ່
ว่าแต่ใจเ��ี่ยงแท้
พุทธธรรมพรั่งพร้อม
บ่หลงบ้า..ตื่นหลง

Titles and positions are imaginary.
If you receive a title, be mindful.
Have a firm mind towards Buddhism.
Don't go crazy.. following imaginary stories.

ບຸບືນບາບາປ
บุญกุศลเสาะสร้าง
กิเลสเกลี้ยง..สุขเกษม แท้แล้ว.
...
Practice controlling your body and mind.
Try to avoid doing evil and sin.
Try to create good deeds.
Cleanse your defilements completely.. True happiness can certainly arise.

ໂລບ,ໂກດ,ຫຼົງມອດມ້ຽນ
ເສລີແທ້ ເກີດຈິງ ອີຫຼີແລ້ວ
พุทธแท้พาใจพ้น
3มารกิเลส
โลภ,โกรธ,หลงมอดเมี้ยน
เสรีแท้เกิดจริง อีหลีแล้ว
True Buddhism leads life beyond
3 evil defilements
Greed, anger, delusion, when will they all end
then true freedom can truly occur

ຂົມຄຳຄູຄວນນ້ອມ
ກືນກິນແກ້ປ່ວง
...
The teacher's teachings are like bitter medicine.
You should drink it to prevent your mind from becoming crazy.
It will kill the lust and desires which are more dangerous than diseases.
Your life will be peaceful and cool from morning to night.

คักกว่ากินข้าวแค้น
บาปฮ้าย แล่นตำ ซั่วแท้
Lust grips the monk's heart.
The brain of a mangy dog is still higher than the brain of a stupid monk.
Addicted to sex, a mangy widow.
Worse than eating sticky rice stuck in the throat
Evil sin, destroying life devastating, truly evil.

ໂລກຈະເລີນໄປໜ້າ
ກາມຕັນຫາກໍຄຽງຄູ່
ควา��ฮู้ทํ่แผ่นฟ้า
ความบ้าทํ่แผ่นดิน..ครูบาเอ้ย

The world is advanced
Lust and lust are side by side
Knowledge is as vast as the sky

ກາຍາປ່ວຍເປັນໄຂ້
ຍາ,ໝໍພໍຊ່ອຍ
โลภ,โกรธ,หลงโรคร้าย
เกาะใจแล้ว..ปัวเอง
...
When the body is sick
Good medicine, good doctor can help cure
Desire, anger, delusion are worse than diseases
If they take over someone's heart..you have to cure them yourself.

ນົກບິນສ່ອງຫາຟ້າ..
ເວລາພາລ້າຫລ່ອຍ

โตหาโตบ่พ้อ
ปานปลาบ่เห็นน้ำ
โง่นี้ เสมอกัน.

Birds fly to the sky and never find it.
The longer the day, the more tired
I can't find myself
Fish never see water
This is equal stupidity

ເຫົາຂື້ນຫັວເຂົາພຸ້ນ
ໂຕໄປເອົາມາຄັນຕື່ມ
คิดแทนไผ๋มันยากยุ่ง
ปล่อยวางได้ จั้งชำบาย

Lice are on the heads of villagers.
You yourself should not feel itchy on their heads.
Thinking on behalf of others is difficult.
Your heart can let go and not get involved. It is comfortable.

ສຸດແສນປະເສີດ
ຂ້າກິເລັດມອດມ້ຽນ

ทุกข์มอด..สุขเกษม อีหลีได้.

I can train myself

เห็นลมไหลจะแจ้ง
ซื่อๆนี้..สงบเย็น ซำบายแท้
Buddhism is near in this heart
Just breathe in, breathe out
See the breath flow clearly
The mind is free from thoughts, simple, calm, cool
So comfortable.

กิเลสกุมใจแล้ว
สตรี,สตางค์เต็มไถ่
ยศฐามาตื่มแต้ม
ป่วงบ้ายากบาครูบาเอ้ย
When lust takes over the heart
Women, money in the pocket
The higher the position
The more complicated life is, the harder it is to fix

7ມື້ລ້ຽງລູກ ມື້8ປູກໂພ
ຝ���ກໂຕ ກິນ-ນອນນ້ອຍ
ກາຍ-ສີລ-ຈິຕ-ປັນຍາຈະເຣີນ
7 days spent working, raising children
On Buddhist holy days, find time to plant a Bodhi tree
By practicing self-control, eating less, sleeping less
Developing the body, discipline, mind, and wisdom to grow better.

ພຶດຕິກັມຄຳກ່າວ
ຕັນຫາ,ມານະ,ທິດຖິນັ້ນ
ພາຍາກຫຍຸ້ງ ປ່ວນຫະໄທ
ฝึกฝืนยือหยุดยั้ง
พฤติกรรมคำกล่าว
ตัณหา,มา��ะ,ทิฐินั้น
พาอยากยุ่ง ป่วนหทัย
Training the mind is training to suppress
Behavior, speech
Craving, dogma, conceit
Make our life complicated, hot, chaotic

กิเลสตุ้ม..ฮุ่มคีง เจ้าแล้ว
Criticizing others
That's the nature of a prisoner
It's their business, what right do we have to criticize them?
Lust is definitely attacking your body and mind.
