Really fed up with @GoFirstairways I’ve been calling them to ask for my refund for the month of May and there’s no response. GoFirst says you can track it with NCLT Ref. no. but @EaseMyTrip straight away denies giving that. This is harassment at another level. One puts on to another and an endless loop of calls and follow up. Don’t prefer @EaseMyTrip either for your bookings.

Highly disappointed with this behaviour from a health insurance company which is supposed to be saving lives by being prompt with reverts and solutions.
