This is correct. I attended the Supreme Court arguments. Trump DOJ argued alongside Bayer/Monsanto that because the EPA had already blessed glyphosate, no state government could require labels disclosing cancer risk. The EPA & DOJ in this instance was only there to protect Bayer.
@Heavenlywazn 👎an old head like Arike is not playing like a million dollar player on a consistent level. Did you see here stat line, 4pts, 1rb & 2ast in 29 minutes. Two of her 4 points came from the free throw line.

Trump has turned the White House into a 24/7 corruption operation. This is a national crisis.
Trump thinks the public will stop paying attention.
So I went to the Senate floor to call his bluff. I told the ENTIRE STORY of his 500 days of corruption.

@tedcruz Sir, it seems like you're repeating some of Donald Trump's misleading messages. In Texas, many communities of color are struggling to make ends meet because of Trump's policies, which have created significant affordability issues. All you bring to the table is turmoil & division.
@RapidResponse47@JesseBWatters@Interior Shed some light on why the water color changed? Also, it's quite puzzling why the Trump administration chose to allocate taxpayer funds to this vanity project, especially when we're already grappling with affordability from tariffs and the unprovoked military action against Iran.
Trump's Oval Office event concluded with an extended riff about "the reflecting pond" in which he accused "a member or big payer to ActBlue" of "getting in there with a knife and cutting it and ripping the floor out."
Sounds legit!
Here's his whole rant, which needs to be seen unfiltered to be believed:
The Trump admin is trying to send @RepLaMonica to prison for conducting routine oversight at ICE’s Delaney Hall facility – her Constitutional duty on behalf of her constituents.
Today, she’s in court to defend herself from this authoritarian power grab.
I’ll always have her back.
Let’s be clear here: Trump is holding this bipartisan and bicameral housing bill hostage because he wants to disenfranchise voters ahead of the midterms.
He literally does not care about lowering our costs.
I asked UConn’s Sarah Strong about mentors and players she looks up to. Her answer? Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd:
“The way they held everything together just really impacted me and made me be better on the court and made me want to do more for the team”
Donald Trump is throwing a temper tantrum and just announced that he’s refusing to sign the bipartisan housing bill we passed yesterday. First he says affordability is a hoax, now he’s tanking a truly good piece of legislation that would help lower housing costs nationwide.
Four years ago today, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. To say it’s been a disaster is an understatement. In states across the nation, critical care has been delayed or outright denied because of abortion bans.
We’ll never stop fighting for reproductive rights for all.
