TakeOver's journey continues with our new logo and new team members...
At Ryan's lead,
Denver and Kelsey as our artist managers,
Kea and Yasin as our promotion - marketing...
His favorite genres are rock and heavy metal. He is open to other common genres such as jazz, R&B, and pop music.
He is determined to achieve my goal of running his own music business in Canada and let's see how it turns out!
Yaşın is a label manager, executive producer, music video producer, and publisher. Outside Durham College, He runs his own indie record label SoundPie.
He decided to take the music business program to better understand the industry and how the music industry runs in Canada.
Denver Riddell is a 27-year-old Artist Manager from Georgina, Ontario.
His passions are making music and cheering for the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Currently, Denver performs live every chance he gets and has been getting paid gigs recently. He is working hard to become an established artist and get his music on the radio within 2 years.
Kelsey is originally from Vancouver but spent the last few years living in the Kansas City Area. She is very excited to start working on her journey to becoming an artist manager this year.
Her favorite album is Hybrid Theory by Linkin Park and her current favorite song is Disappear by Bullet for My Valentine. Her hobbies are going to concerts, sewing, and traveling.
He is an avid music lover, local music supporter, animal lover, horror and filmmaking fan, video game player, and overall nerd.
Ryan Smith is the current Operations Manager of TakeOver. He is 29 years old and grew up in Durham Region. He is currently a second-year in the MBM program and hoping to take the third year.
Ryan also owns and manages his own event planning and booking company, Rebellion Promotions, which is currently on hiatus while in school. Before school, he also used to stream on Twitch part-time.
