60 minutes of strength and conditioning on both floor and aerial apparatus. 7am class on Thurs mornings or after work at 6.30pm on Tues. €20 per class or buy a bundle of 5 classes for €75.

OPEN TRAINING UPDATE - Our Saturday Open Training is now earlier than previous weeks and no longer any Open Training on a Monday.

Our Open Training times are now as follows:
Tues 6:30pm-8pm
Wed 6:30om-8pm
Sat 2pm-3:30pm

STUDIO UPDATE: As we enter 2023 we’d like to alert all our students that we will be implementing a 24hr cancellation policy for timetabled classes instead of our previous 6hr policy. a 7 day cancellation policy will apply to all workshops going forward.
