@SOEHelp I would love to open a ticket, but alas I cannot without being able to log in.

[Takoda @Takoda]

@soehelp Any word on why some of us still can't log in to our accounts on the website?

[Takoda @Takoda]

@SOEHelp I cannot log in to my account from the website to get to my account. Trying to use support wants me to log in, which I can't. Help?

@jtranber I use ComicBookLover http://www.bitcartel.com/comicbooklover/index.html Of the ones I looked at, I liked it the most. For Mac.

[Takoda @Takoda]

I have to thank @jtranber at Adobe for listening and helping with this issue. Thank you VERY much for the time and energy to help a lil guy.

[Takoda @Takoda]

@jtranber I still need help. It is about a refund that has been taking 4 months to get to me.

@Abobe How can I contact Adobe about a 3 month long support problem that is still not resolved without using the horrible generic support #?

[Takoda @Takoda]

So, still no resolution to my Adobe refund problem. Guess there is such a thing as beyond ridiculous.

[Takoda @Takoda]

@jnack Thanks for putting forth an effort. I truly appreciate it. I emailed you about the situation.

[Takoda @Takoda]

@jnack So, can I turn to you to get my Adobe support issue resolved? This is honestly the WORST customer support I have ever seen.

[Takoda @Takoda]

@AdobePR Who do I need to contact to get my Adobe support issue resolved? It's been more than 16 business days with no response.

[Takoda @Takoda]

Who can I contact at Adobe to get my issue resolved? Customer support is not working.

[Takoda @Takoda]

16 business days, no response from Adobe support. "A customer representative will respond within 24 business hours." Yeah...
