I watched Disclosure Day on my last day of annual leave from being at a festival. This is a Spielberg Alien Drama special, not his best but it's very good. The main actors could have been a little better but the supporting roles kept it going. Great pieces in this though!
I watched Backrooms tonight after work and I must be missing something about it coz the ratings cannot be based on that climax scene alone, surely? The build up was very slow. The film really starts about an hour in. Whilst it looks good, it just wasn't for me maybe...
I watched Masters of The Universe this morning and fully enjoyed myself between the action, the comedic quips and the whole aesthetic. The soundtrack was perfect. Skeletor just didn't sound right. Galitzine looked a lot better than what a lot think. Some fun cameos.
Finally caught up and finished #TheBoys the finale was fine. Ties everything major off, gives a hint towards lives outside of it and room for spin-offs to happen. Whilst it wasn't the greatest final ep, there has been worse. It was middle of the road final ep.
I watched #Tuner today and we need to see Leo Woodall in more things - he was perfect in this. Hoffman played himself basically but was a good supporting role. The story, whilst formulaic, was worked through well with the pacing and the bumps. A good film that hit the right notes
I watched #Passenger this morning and what a cheeky good horror film this was. Better than I expected. The couple brought hope through the film whilst the passenger entity brought on the fear. The atmosphere of this film was perfectly built up and that climax? Superb.
I watched #mando today, what a perfect action film in the Star Wars universe. I know "hardcore fans" are butthurt, it's a great continuation of Mando & Grogu's story & antics and a damn fine action flick. Has everything you want; fight & gun play, car chase and space dog fights!
I haven't loaded up in a long time, this still makes me a little sad. I spent a long time being the Hunter that couldn't jump and enjoyed it. I hope this does make Bungie Devs look to expand into a Destiny 3, but I don't see it happening anytime soon. See you Starside Guardians!

For almost twelve years, we have had the joy and honor to explore the Destiny universe with you all. Through all the ups and downs, surprises and triumphs, building Destiny alongside our players has been a monumental privilege. While our love for Destiny 2 has not changed, it has become clear that after The Final Shape, we have reached the time for our shared worlds, and Destiny, to live beyond Destiny 2.
As our focus turns towards a new beginning for Bungie, we will begin work incubating our next games. To that end, on June 9, 2026, we will release the final live-service content update for Destiny 2 to begin that new journey as a studio.
Though active development may be concluding, we will ensure that Destiny 2 remains playable, just as the original Destiny is today. Many changes in this final update will aim to ensure that Destiny 2 is a welcoming place for players to return to.
We’re proud of Destiny 2, the places it took us, and the legacy it has created. Because of you all, our universe is vast, built on years of shared stories, adventures, and victories. From the Cosmodrome to the Pale Heart to the Lawless Frontier, we have forged life-long memories and friendships with you all.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who made that journey with us.
From the deepest part of our hearts, thank you, and we'll see you in the stars.
I watched Obsession today and whilst it was okay Inde Naverette was perfect and she had to be. I'm glad the film didn't take itself too seriously and went OTT in some of the scenes otherwise I think it wouldn't be doing so well. Lighting tricks and shadow play was used well
It's been a few weeks since a cinema visit but what a film to come back to! Loved the settings of each realm and the fight areas that rang true to the game. The characters looked incredible. Was worried about the "Old" cage arc but I shouldn't have! Great sequel
As I thought Thrash was silly fun, those redneck kids were the stars for sure. Some interesting animatronics/puppets used for the sharks in some instances, but overall a fun time
Noah Hawley says his ‘FAR CRY’ series won’t be adapting any of the games as he thinks audiences skip the story cutscenes in those games.
“When you play a video game, you only really move forward through the gameplay section, and then you have these cut scenes that you can skip, so when you go to adapt those games you have to be aware that makes the human drama kind of irrelevant to the storyline.”

In the mood for some silly creature feature - Thrash it is... Gotta love seeing Djimon Hounsou on screen. I'm a few minutes in and the cinematography is great so far. I'm excited even though it's getting mid scores. Loving the pacing so far too, we've met 7 characters already
I watched #LeeCroninsTheMummy today and it was better than I expected. The creep factor slowly rose to a great climax. Natalie Grace was excellent. The make-up and effect were so good. The weak point was what came after the climax for me, but we still had an iconic final scene.
