It's not just a tech suite or tooling solution for brands to replace an existing one;

Fundamentally, Bond is asking brands: "How do you want to connect with your supporters?"

Brands have to first see the value proposition in preparing for the "phydigital" future and the need to create a holistic ecosystem of engagement with their customers.

𝟐) 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬

Cross-brand partnerships are a lot trickier to manage in the web2 space because:

(a) data privacy & security (and thus lack of trust between the companies themselves, as well as between the brands and customers),

and (b) the lack of interoperability between their back-end systems.

𝟑) 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬

Traditionally, loyalty points are accumulated via sales.

Most times, "community activations" (like pop-ups, IRL community meet-ups, etc) are not rewarded with continuity of a customer's existing purchasing account.

The end-to-end management suite Bond offers allows brands to think outside of existing models of engagement,

and more importantly, it provides an integrated “home base” for brands to tie it all together.

Ultimately, Bond’s launch IS exciting because it exemplifies the @solana vision on what it means to create thoughtful products that can get people excited about how web3 & the blockchain can provide tools to elevate the experiences we enjoy today.

It’s not only about replacing web3 onto web2 tech, it’s about reimagining the ways society interacts in general.

And of course, Bond is exciting because OPOS ☀️
