Funny Experience Yesterday😂

I was in a Cab heading home from somewhere, 50 meters from a security check point, the cab driver buckled his seat belt.

After we passed the check point, the driver unbuckled the seat belt.

Who was he really deceiving🤔

Last year I was in search of a strategic piece of land at the request of a client.

When we finally stumbled on what he wanted, the price became an issue, it was too high for him.

Guess what, we went back this year to buy at that "high price" the price had doubled 😂

It is DANGEROUS to buy a Family land

Dr Young people,

Before you decide to make payments for a particular piece of land, ensure that all family members involved in that land are satisfied with the idea of selling it.

Do NOT buy the property if there's no unanimous agreement

Don't make the mistake of buying a land which has a land title that has been used as collateral security to obtain loan from a bank.🦻

If that loan has not been paid and the land title disengaged from that bank, that land is still the property of the bank ooohhhh🙉🙉🙉🙉
