The wheel fell off my lawnmower again. Even though I knew what to do this time, it was still a bitch, and I cracked the locking washer, but I JB Weld'd it together anyway. Now it looks like one of those stupid trucks with spiked out lug nuts.
We hopefully successfully got my lawnmower wheels back on. At first we were trying to be careful with the locking washers, but we kept bending them, and then I was like fuck it, and went berserk on it, and it worked. Then we JB Weld'd the washer in place.
Last time I mowed, the front wheel of my mower fell off, and I couldn't find the cap that keeps it in place. Today I mowed with only three wheels. It surprisingly wasn't so bad.
@ConureChick@MilosParrots And diesel pick up trucks. Also people have gun ranges on their property, so I hear rifle shots pretty regularly.
And my house has piss poor insulation, so I hear pretty much anything like as if it was literally outside my front door.
You can take the exam any number of times. Said guy has failed it like four times now, I think.
Not to toot my own horn, but I passed it on my first try.
So you have 18 months to pass the state license exam, or else they fire you. The new guy has only been here 3 months, and he's saying he wants to pass the exam by the end of June.
Meanwhile, we got another guy who's been here for 2 years and still hasn't passed the exam.
The only reason they haven't fired him is because he was originally hired in a different department, and they literally, this past week, sent him back to the other department until he passes the exam.
