Last night, the Pakistani regime once again carried out a drone strike on a mosque in the Barmal area of South Waziristan, resulting in the destruction of the mosque. This is the fourth mosque in Barmal to have been targeted during the past month.

In addition, 12 mosques in North Waziristan have reportedly been damaged during the current month, while 15 mosques were destroyed last month in the Shiwa area alone.

Allah the Almighty says in Surah Al-Baqarah: “And who is more unjust than one who prevents the name of Allah from being mentioned in His mosques and strives for their destruction?”
Islamic scholars explain that this is a rhetorical question of negation, meaning that no one is more unjust than such a person. Allah then states that for them, there is disgrace in this world and a severe punishment in the hereafter.
