@MissA2021x@TraineeTwinkl@MrTs_NQTs Make a when list rathe than a to-do list. Eg. I have a ppa on Thurs, what can I do in that time?
If you have admin support for photocopies - use them! Time at the copier is wasted
@mrwbw We have a huak alpha plus - highly recommend - similar to a stokke but cheaper.
They even have a baby attachment (we don't use the attachment anymore, you could have it)
@mrwbw We had to combi both right from the start due to low energy levels then phased it out and returned to combi at about 5months then bottle only after 6
@MrGoodwin23 Ask if when you're calling is a good time for a chat or offer an alternative first. They might be in a rush and not focussed.
Ask for their input - it's their child you're calling about.
Offer a follow up email to give a record for you both
@RachPteacher @maternityCPD @TeachersSPL Mine was 9mnths. I reminded myself that she was spending that day having adventures with people who chose to train to be specialists in looking after her and nurturing her. She's 4.5 now and LOVES nursery
@MsGHist Plan what day you'd like to achieve things on rather than just having a never ending to do list. Eg. That assessment is needed for Thursday so I'll print it Tuesday. The marking is due Friday so I'll do half Monday and half Wednesday (Thursday left for overflow)
@M_X_F Keep it human: when outside I go over to the football group and say "hey it's me again today, you know footballs make me really nervous about getting hit in the face - I'm too short! So can you keep it low please?" Then walk away and leave them to it.
@246Lianne@MrTs_NQTs Do they introduce you to people? Do people chat? Do people smile? Does it seem like a supportive environment? You'll be working there every day - does it seem happy? Might seem like small things but I'd value happiness over anything else
