A tire blowout in 108° heat taught me a costly lesson: all four trailer tires were worn to the nubs. Check tire age, tread, construction and brake settings before every trip. I was lucky to have a spare and dual axle.
There it is, maybe the last. Tomorrow’s forecast looks terrible, so I took the opportunity to do my own 2025 today. The grape harvest is in full swing, with small wine festivals in every village—autumn is around the corner.
Long time no see. A new job and recent weather conditions have made it hard to post anything. But nothing has changed: the bear is ready to explore new roads and adventures with me, and warm, beautiful evenings are expected in the coming days.
