It focuses on the helping people with the key difficulties people with long term conditions face, including sleep, exercise, eating & relationships. Participants will come away from the course with tools to help them live well and stay well with their long term health condition
The aim of the course is to help people understand the link between their physical health & emotional wellbeing. It will show we feel emotionally impacts on how we feel physically & that feeling better emotionally means we are more able to manage our physical health conditions.
