Jean in her universe was already at the acceptance/interwoven level, which is why Rachel is as much that daughter of the Phoenix as she is the daughter of Jean.

Your guy is morally bankrupt & doesn't care about you. He'll say anything to get your vote to make him dictator, which is why you'll "never have to vote again."

In all seriousness, most of my favorite Marvel characters either came directly from him or were saved by him.
