Hello @MTNNG, a premium service like FibreX being down for over a week without a path to resolution is unacceptable.
​Directly informing a customer that your team "doesn't work on weekends" for a fixed broadband service, which is often most needed during those times, is a major service failure. Please provide @TalkToLekan with an immediate technical timeline for restoration and a plan to compensate for the lost week of subscription.
