Two things can be true at the same time.

1. This is a 1A issue, expressly because the President revoked their access because he doesn’t like what they say. Accuracy is not ever contemplated in 1A.

2. NY and CA gun laws are egregious violations of 2A and should be struck down.

That said, freedom of the press is a part of our First Amendment, and as such, must be protected…even for people we don’t like.
