@SpokaneRam @CSURamT Someone with a resume like that doesn’t go to a P4 school for a few million, they go to the SEC or B1G for 10 million. As much as it sucks to swallow that pill we aren’t a school where guys go once they have already built a long resume unless they failed somewhat recently

@CSURamT I would love that hire, He’s spent some time with CSU, looks like people have seen his potential as a head coach and put him in a lot of Associate Head Coach roles, and He’s probably hungry to lay some foundation and build something for himself with how much he’s bounced around

@CSURamT True, but its the same idea of hiring an older guy with a declining career and very little motivation to do anything special at CSU.

Maybe he does well the first few years but his track record of falling off after 5 years seems especially likely in a situation like CSU

@AndersJorstad Almost all professional leagues with a salary cap have a salary floor as well. NFL is a 4 year rolling average of at least 89% of the Cap, NHL’s math im not familiar with and NBA’s is 90% of the yearly Cap. No players association would ever agree to a league cap without a floor.
