🚨 Bengaluru's BDA has launched a city-wide drive to reclaim public-use land, roads, parks, and civic amenity sites that developers were legally required to hand over but never did (or quietly continued using).

The mechanism: relinquishment deeds, a transfer obligation baked into every layout approval. BDA is now surveying zonal layouts, installing signboards, and engaging RWAs to enforce it.

First action already taken at Sobha Arena, Judicial Layout, Talaghattapura.

Why it matters for buyers & investors:
→ Layouts with unresolved relinquishment deeds carry title risk
→ Civic amenity sites in your complex may not legally belong to the society
