Episode 36: Enough Rope. 17-year-old Marion Terry responds to a job ad. Within hours she's found dead at the home of an amateur filmmaker. A bizarre, tragic crime exposed the depths of one man's warped psyche, and fueled rumours of an even darker nature... https://t.co/mofDuZURWO
We're back! After more than a year away from podcasting due to difficult schedules, the way is now clear to get back to the cabin and talk about the strange, the mysterious, and the supernatural with your old pals Mike and Martin. Any topics you'd like us to investigate?
Steven McKay, long-time listener and friend of the show, has a new book on the way! If you enjoy action-adventure or historical fiction (or TTD's own occasional forays into ancient Britain) do yourself a favour and check out his work. You won't be disappointed!
Look what you can pre-order on Kindle🙂Please RETWEET! https://t.co/fJVEerbp8P
The book comes out on September 3rd, the Feast of Bacchus. I thought that was the perfect day so I hope you'll join me in raising a glass and rejoining Bellicus as he kicks some more Saxon arse! ⚔️🛡
On October 31st, 1969, two high school students, Patricia Spencer and Pamela Hobley vanished without a trace from Oscoda, Michigan. In this episode of Talking till Dawn, we investigate their disappearance and hope that someone out there knows the truth. https://t.co/yUGnInInZ2
After a few technical issues, hoping we get this Halloween themed true crime episode out on or before the 31st. If there are any other delays, we'll post here and on the Facebook. Thanks for your patience!
A new episode! This time, we're investigating an infamous alleged werewolf case. Check your feeds or watch on the Ghastly Tales YouTube channel below. https://t.co/wumxQ3lNNq
@huwlangridge@nikki_deleon Cheers Huw! 😁 To close the circle here, I thoroughly enjoyed The Tolworth Beacon. It really captures that contrast of the mysterious/ethereal with suburban British ordinariness that somehow just really pops in sci-fi. Need to check out some more of your work. Keep it up!
@TimothySmitley Not sure, actually. The hosting service we use should distribute the episodes to each of the main podcast services automatically, including Stitcher. And it seems to have worked up until a few months ago. The others seem to be updating as normal. I'll look into it. 👍
Episode 35: The Vampire of Croglin Grange. A harrowing legend of desecrated tombs, sinister intruders, and bloodsucking terror.
The "Cumberland Phenomenon" is often presented as a true event... But how much truth does the tale really hold?

@Werthead @LovelyAndyUK @jplarocque Burke might not have acted immediately, or alone. He would have reported back to senior management, and then knowing what big organisations can be like, the Company probably had weeks of fact-finding meetings, strategy meetings, brainstormings, presentations, etc. before acting.
@2hrTV Oh, yeah it's definitely over-marketed to under-informed consumers. I'd characterise it as a live, in-camera crop function. You crop the shot in Photoshop, you end up with a smaller res file too.
@SA_McKay Nice! Really looking forward to checking it out! I am a master of bad habits and inefficient production workflow so I might not have the best tips, but if you want to pick my brains on anything, just ask! 👍
@MiaBrooks2008@HorrorOfMike Oh, and not Highgate, but you can expect something of the bloodsucking persuasion in the very next episode. Hopefully to release in the next couple of weeks. 👍🧛
Episode 34: The Paisley Witches (Part 2): We conclude our exploration of the infamous Paisley Witch case of the late 17th Century, examining the horrific details of the trial and subsequent executions, and the aftershocks that resonate to this day.

@MiaBrooks2008 Thanks Mia! 😁 The Flannan Isle mystery is definitely on the cards at some point, and I think @HorrorOfMike at least began writing up a Highgate Vampire episode at some point (as yet unfinished, but you never know when something like that will come back to life).
