I am looking for any lawyer that wants to look at an @americandisable case against @SouthwestAir They have completely crossed so many lines during my flight they need to be punished for treating people so poorly.
@DharamKapila I guess one feature I would like is that it just doesn’t stop working. Every time I go into it it is a crapshoot as to whether or not it’ll give me an error.

@AmericanAir stole $400 from me when they changed my flight twice. That was supposed to pay for a seat that can accommodate a 6’8” person. Instead of giving me that seat on the NEXT DAY delayed flight, I am in a random middle seat and out $400 dollars. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
@AmericanAir NO. I WANT THE SEATS I PAID FOR. I DO NOT FIT IN YOUR SMALL SEATS (6’8”). ALSO, WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT 20-30 DAYS FOR A REFUND FOR TWO UPGRADES YOU EVENTUALLY TOOK AWAY?! YOU HAD THE DELAYS AND MADE ME STAY AN EXTRA DAY. MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!
