The US was one of the first to recognize Brazilian independence, gave Lend-Lease aid in WWII, and has been Brazil’s top source of foreign investment for decades. Hundreds of billions that support hundreds of thousands of Brazilian jobs.

Add Alliance for Progress aid, Amazon Fund money, and Major Non-NATO Ally status. That’s why your economy and military keep taking the partnership.
