Technique Tuesdays: Today’s topic
🏈 Off Man Technique

✅Your alignment is your leverage, Inside the WR with your knee-on-nut leverage, keeps the wide receiver within your frame.

✅As the wide receiver stems maintain Inside knee-on-nuts leverage at all cost, it keeps the wide receiver from running away from you.

✅Tempo his speed and let him eat your cushion because you must be able to open stab or absorb him to cut his vertical route off. Use your hands!!!

✅After you cut the wide receiver off, look through him to make a play on the football.

✅In the video clips. We used tennis balls in the DB‘s hands to keep them from holding. You must emphasize feet before hands.
